Data Submission

To improve RJunBase, we offer junction data submission. Only junctions collected from human normal or cancerous tissues are considered. Users can contact us slhuang@fudan.edu.cn and provide the information (pubmed ID, junction location, junction annotation, junction expression) about the research and junction data.
